Admission Procedures

Secure an application form from the Admission Office or your High School guidance counselor. The application and testing fees for applicants from local high schools is Ph P200.00.

Fill out and submit the completed application form, together with all other requirements, at the Central Colleges of the Philippines' Admissions Office, H.R. Reyes Campus, 52 Aurora Blvd., Quezon City or fax them to 715-3777.

For Admission to the first year of any collegiate course given by the CENTRAL COLLEGES OF THE PHILIPPINES, The following are required:

Passing the entrance examination, except those who have an average of 85% and above in their fourth year academic subjects in High School

High School Fourth Year Report Card (Form 138-A)

Three (3) I.D. Pictures (1-1/2 x 1-1/2)

FOR STUDENTS TRANSFERRING FROM OTHER COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES:

       1. Transfer credentials from college last attended
       2. Certified copy of student's grades
       3. Certificate of good moral character
       4. Three I.D. Pictures (1-1/2 x 1-1/2)

FOREIGN STUDENTS
Documentary Requirements

Transcript of Records / Scholastic Records.
Course Description or its equivalent duly signed by the Registrar of the former school (for transfer students only).
A notarized Affidavit of Support including bank statements or notarized grant for institutional scholars, covering the expenses for the student's accommodation and subsistence, as well as school dues and other incidental expenses.
Medical Health Certificate issued by an authorized physician but not limited to standard-size chest X-ray, HIV, Hepatitis B clearance.
Police Clearance Certificate issued by National Police Authorities in the studen's country of origin or residence.
Photocopy of the passport showing student-applicant's birth date and birthplace.
Five (5) copies of the Student's Personal History Statement (PHS) duly signed by the student.
Five (5) 2x2 inches photograph with plane white background taken not more than six months prior to the submission.
Twelve (12) pieces of passport size photograph.

Note: Document requirements 1 to 5 must be properly and separately authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post located in the student-applicant's country of origin or legal residence.
