GENERAL OBJECTIVE

The College of Education seeks to bring about the integral development of prospective teachers imbued with ideals, aspirations, values and traditions of Philippine culture and equipped with skills and knowledge of effective teaching to facilitate the individual learning needs.

Specific Objectives

It specifically aims to:
  • develop and train future teachers who are effective transmitters of organized knowledge, values, and skills for the promotion of learning;

  • offer leadership training beyond the campus through the cooperative efforts with other educational agencies; and

  • promote advanced knowledge in the methods of education through its specialized degree programs relevant to the changing societal needs and conditions.
