The College of Business Administration of the Central Colleges of the Philippines in Quezon City will observe its traditional BA Day at HR Reyes Main Campus on January 29 and 30, 2007 with the theme "BA DAY '07: Avenue Towards Greater Unity and Camaraderie".
Among the highlights of the two-day celebration is a Thanksgiving Mass to be officiated by Fr. Benjie Ledesma at the school's chapel at 8 am on January 29. This will be followed by the BA sponsored Inter-High School Quiz Bee to be participated in by the senior student representatives of six nearby public high schools at the studio theater of the HR Reyes Hall. Ball games to be participated in by the students of all BA majors are scheduled in the early afternoon of the same day.
On January 30, puzzle and parlor games are slated to be held in the early morning under the sponsorships of the various BA student organizations, namely: Junior Management Association, Junior Bankers Club, and Junior Marketing Association. This will be followed by an AGAPE under the supervision of the college faculty at 12 noon and the holding of a Mini Bingo social at the PE Lounge at 2 o'clock in the afternoon. Capping the festivity is the holding of the much awaited Search for Mr. and Ms. BA 2007 at the main stage of the campus late in the afternoon.
Mrs. Aurora C. Monponbanua, Student Development Committee Chairman of the College of Business Administration has been appointed by Dean Edgar G. Javier as this year's Over-all Coordinator for the BA Day '07 celebration.
