Admission Requirements

All incoming freshmen and transferees are subject to entrance examination. Application forms are available at the high school office in the month of April. The following requirements should be submitted together with a filled-up application form:

FRESHMEN

Report card (F-138) with Passing Average
NSO Certified Birth certificate and 1 photo copy
Certificate of Good moral Character duly signed by the Principal
Three (3) 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 ID Pictures with a red background
Testing Fee of P200.00

***Additional requirement for Transfer student: Honorable dismissal from former School.

TRANSFEREES

The applicant must have a general weighted average of at least 85% with no grades below 80% in any grading period.
He must have a satisfactory grade in conduct

Registration and Enrollment Procedure

For old students and successful applicants, the following procedures are to be followed:

Submit report card (F-138) to enroling adviser to secure application for enrolment and high school contract forms.
Present filled-up forms to enroling adviser to secure adviser's slip.
See Cashiers's Office at the Main Building for payment of tuition fee and High School Office for payment of other fees.
Show receipts of payment and the student's copy of adviser's slip to enroling advised to obtain certificate of matriculation.
Present certificate of matriculationto the class adviser on the first day of classes.

Scholarship Privilege

Scholarship privilege of 100% discount on tuition fee shall be granted to student who will be a consistent first honor from first to fourth year level.
