Points to Remember in Borrowing Circulation Books

  1. Take note of the limit as to the number of books you can borrow.
  2. You may not borrow a book if you still have an overdue book.
  3. A book may be borrowed for one week, depending upon the demand for the book.
  4. A book on one-week loan may be reserved once as long as nobody else needs the book. Renewal for the second time is only allowed if the books are still available three days after return.
  5. Take note of the date when the book you borrowed is for return. A fine of P2.00 a day is charged for any overdue circulation book, exclusive of Sundays and holidays.

Points to Remember in Borrowing a Reserve Book

  1. All reserve books are strictly for room-use or overnight only. However, upon request of the faculty members, reserve books may be taken out of the library for classroom use for the duration of the class.
  2. A student may make only one overnight reservation and may make the reservation only in his/her name.
  3. No Room Use reservation is allowed.
  4. Overnight Lending Hours: Monday - Friday.....3:00 p.m.
  5. Reserved books borrowed for room use may be returned after two hours. For an overnight loan, return on or before 10:00 am the following day. Failure to return overnight reserve books on time shall pay a fine of two (P 2.00) pesos for the first hour and additional of fifty (P 0.50) centavos for every succeeding hour.
  6. The library card is required in taking out Reserve Books.
Repeated violation of lending rules will be justification for the curtailment of the student's library privileges.
