HR Reyes Scholarships |
| Annually, Central Colleges of the Philippines gives around P10 million worth of scholarship grants to deserving students who qualify for the H.R. Reyes Scholarship Program.
Pre-qualifications: All High School Graduates with a final grade of at least 82% in English, Science and Mathematics and no grade lower than 80% in all subjects and any grading period are qualified to take the annual competitive examinations to be scheduled by the Scholarship Committee. How to apply for the HR Reyes Qualifying Exams: Interested students should personally file their application to the Office of the Scholarship Committee with the following documents:
Deadline for submission of application is on April 12, 2012 (1st Batch) and May 3, 2012 (2nd Batch). Schedule of Examination: April 14, 2012 (1st Batch) and May 5, 2012 (2nd Batcg), 9:00 am. How to qualify to the HR Reyes Scholarship Slots: Only those who attained an 85% or above rating in the competitive examination can qualify for the top ten slots and only those who attained at least 80% or above rating can qualify for the remaining One Hundred Ninety (190) slots. What are the benefits for the different HR Reyes Scholarship Categories: HR REYES SCHOLARSHIP GRANTS Category A: For the Top Two (2) Scholars Free tuition and miscellaneous fees for the whole course plus semestral stipend of P10,000.00 for at most ten semesters. Category B: For the Next Three (3) Scholars Free tuition and miscellaneous fees for the whole course plus semestral stipend of P6,000.00 for at most ten semesters. Category C: For the Next Five (5) Scholars Free tuition and miscellaneous fees for the whole course plus semestral stipend of P3,000.00 for at most ten semesters. Category D: For the Next Ten (10) Scholars Free tuition and miscellaneous fees for the whole course plus semestral stipend of P2,000.00 for at most ten semesters. Category E: For the Next Thirty (30) Scholars Free tuition and miscellaneous fees for the whole course. |
