CCP / QC CALL CENTER PROGRAM OPENED
On September 15, 2008, 70 scholars from Quezon City were awarded "Competency
Course for Call Center Agents" certificates at Central Colleges of the Philippines.
The program is intended to improve the competencies of potential call center
applicants. The Public Employment Service Office (PESO) in coordination with the
CCP administration will take charge of the recruitment of qualified trainees.
The program covers a 320-Hour training course with night schedules at CCP.
