Through the recommendation of the Philippine Association of Educators in Office Administration (PAEOA), formerly Philippine Association of Secretarial Educators (PASE), and the approval of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), the College of Secretarial Administration in now known as the College of Office Administration.

It aims to educate students with the fundamental principles, knowledge, skills, and values required in the practice of Office Administration through a systematic and updated curricula and progressive and creative methods of instruction.

Students of this course are taught basic business principles, computer fundamentals, techniques to personality development, and other relevant general scientific and artistic knowledge that will prepare them for entry level jobs in office management.

Completion of the two-year program of this course will earn the student a title "Associate in Office Administration". A graduate of Associate in Office Administration is eventually qualified to take the additional units needed to complete a four-year course leading to a degree in Bachelor of Science in Office Administration.

The College of Office Administration believes that facilitating the formation of the proper set of principles, values, and skills in an individual will be influential in enabling the person to lead a quality of life that is a foundation of national pride, discipline, and development.

The College of Office Administration aims to:

  • uplift the quality of lives of its students by providing them with learning experiences that will give them progressive and analytical mindsets, marketable skills, and sound principles and values such as integrity, responsibility, and commitment.
  • create a higher degree of professionalism and ethics in the conduct of office administration in the country by continuously offering improved curricula and employing effective methods of instruction.
  • contribute in accelerating the country's development by providing an adaptive, disciplined, and highly-skilled labor force that is an edge in the country's global competitiveness.
