College of Business Administration


The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration program (BSBA) is designed to produce graduates who possess a familiarity of business operations and to equip them with critical decision making skills for strategic and executive work necessary for competing in the ever-changing world of global business. The program empowers students with a basic and clear understanding of the functions of every division in a company-- be it in marketing, finance, operations, human resources, and office management. Training in this program emphasizes leadership skills, and thus prepares them for managerial and supervisory positions.

Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Major in Marketing


The CBA Program prepares the students to be responsive to the total environment by providing technical skills amd competencies in the areas of marketing. Theory is blended with practicum activities to give students a broad and enriched base for career in marketing. The program aims to produces graduates for careers in financial department of general businesses, investment banking firms, broker-dealer firms, management consulting firms, various departments of commercial banks and other financial institutions, central banks and international financial institutions.

Mission Statement


The College of Business Administration adheres to the primary objective of a business education geared to prepare students for personally fruitful and socially useful careers in an academic environment conductive to the attainment of competency in the fields of Banking and Finance, Computer Science, Economics, Management and Marketing.

Towards this end, the College specifically aims to:


  • provide the students with a thorough training in business administration essential to their full development as competent professionals and responsible citizens who can contribute their share to growing needs of business and the economy;

  • equip them with specialized and advance knowledge and relevant skills which will allow them to meet the challenges and growing demands of the present environment; and

  • help them acquire and develop human values necessary for their meaningful existence and service to fellowmen.
