ENGINEERING

Offerings

  • BS in Civil Engineering

  • BS in Electrical Engineering

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering

The CCP College of Engineering provides quality engineering education for students to become technically proficient and capable of creating innovative and ethical applications of engineering knowledge and skills, and solutions to the problems and challenges of the times ahead. It also provides education that trains students to obtain the knowledge and develop the key skills required of global professionals in communication, teamwork, entrepreneurial outlook, creativity, and integrity. It creates and builds linkages with institutions in relevant sectors -
industry, government, academe and others - to provide students and faculty with training and research opportunities, as well as to harness synergies in collaborative, mutually-beneficial partnerships.

General Objective

The College of Engineering aims to produce competent and responsible engineers ethically committed to the application and advancement of Science and Technology geared towards national development.

Specific Objective

  • To provide the future engineers with thorough knowledge and technical skills to contribute to the continuing development of the industry.

  • To enhance the creative abilities of future engineers in responding to the needs of the society through research.

  • To equip engineers with moral and social values and with strong commitment to the protection of the environment.

  • To produce engineers who will be dynamic leaders in their field of endeavors.

  • To develop entrepreneurial abilities and skills of future engineers.

BS Electrical Engineering

The program aims to equip students to have a solid foundation for preparing technical drawings and specifications of electrical systems to ensure installation and operations are within the national standards using Computer-aided design and other programming language software. The program also provides specialized circuit design and analysis, instrumentation, and electrical measurements with a good background in mathematics.

BS Mechanical Engineering

The program aims to equip students with a solid foundation in interpreting technical documents such as technical drawings and schematics for repair or design modifications to eliminate machine failures. The program also provides knowledge on research, design, installation, operation or maintenance of the mechanical product, testing of the machine's feasibility, operating condition effects, new applications, or any machine modifications. Also, with the help of computer-aided design and strong mathematical skills, graduates will be able to recommend changes in machine design to improve quality, performance, or efficiency.

BS Civil Engineering

The program aims to equip students with a solid foundation for site monitoring and ensuring design follows national standards, safety or sanitation standards. The program prepares students with knowledge on building materials, soil testing, and different factors to determine project feasibility. Also, with mathematics, physics, and computer-aided design software, they can create a graphical representation of structures.
